Beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness levels. Imagine doing barre without the barre stand! This fun hybrid class of dance, Pilates and Yoga is creatively sequenced for you to be at the centre of the class. You'll get to tone up your body through isometric strength training (holding your body still while contracting a specific set of muscles) with various resistance equipments such as dumbbells, resistance bands and even Pilates ball. Just don't sweat the small stuff when your muscles are crying from the high reps of small range-of-motion movements and pulses to the beat of awesome music when the instructor is looking at you!




This class will introduce you to aerial yoga as a beginner. You will use the support of silk hammocks to achieve more length in flexibility and depth in strength with less strenuous effort. You will start with the most basic exercises to become familiar with working on the hammock so you are more comfortable when you are invited to have fun in learning tricks and flips!



A restorative style yoga class designed for students of all levels looking to slow down their practice and use the silk hammock closer to the ground. The silk will be your best friend in massaging the areas of tension in the legs, pelvis, and spinal column.

If you've tried Aerial classes and you love it but could do without all the death grip, pull-ups and being inverted, OR if you dream of floating and lying in a fabric like a cocoon at the end - surely, this class is for you.

We'll warm-up and stretch both in and out of the fabric, while taking our time to rejuvenate the body, rehydrate the spine, and improve overall circulation.



This class will make you sigh in relief that all students of all levels and abilities to accomplish movements such as decompressing and lengthening the joints and spinal column that students find it harder to do on the ground.

You will experience the peace, tranquility and exhilaration that the hammock can bring your practice when you are suspended, with the help of using the magnetic pull of the earth, to stretch your body in and out of the fabric. Expect familiar, OR conventional yoga poses done in a supported style - especially for those who like to spice up their practice to work on their flexibility.
