Practicing mums&bubs yoga is a natural fit as the meditative nature helps to enhance mother-child bonding through intimate interaction of baby yoga stretch and child-led sensory yoga of play. We believe touch and positive reinforcement of postpartum recovery helps to activate your baby's parasympathetic nervous system that switches off stress, enhance digestion, health and growth all while synergise your emotions and connect with him/her.
